Cancellation & Substitution Policy

(February 9-13, 2008 Program)

 

 

All cancellations must be received in writing.  Please mail to:

• Amount paid, less a $250 cancellation fee, will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or emailed by December 28, 2007. (6 weeks out)

 

• A 50 % fee will be applied for cancellations received after January 11, 2008 and postmarked or emailed by January 18, 2008. (3 weeks out)

• No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after January 18, 2008.  (3 weeks out)

•  Substitutions, subject to acceptance into the program by the organizers, may be made at no cost until January 18, 2008, after which date a 20% processing fee will be charged.  (3 weeks out)
