Cancellation & Subsitution Policy

(First Session April 26 - May 2, 2008)

 

 

All cancellations must be received in writing.  Please mail to:

• Amount paid, less a $500 cancellation fee, will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or emailed by March 14, 2008. (6 weeks out)

• A 50 % fee will be applied for cancellations received after Marcg 14, 2008 and postmarked or emailed by April 4, 2008. (3 weeks out)

• No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 4, 2008.  (3 weeks out)

• Substitutions, subject to acceptance into the program by the organizers, may be made at no cost until April 4, 2008, after which date a 20% processing fee will be charged.  (3 weeks out)
