~*~ THE FOUNDATIONAL PRESENCE WALKABOUT ~*~

The original Presence Walkabout - a time to re-engage with your own rhythms and wisdom in a weave designed for revitalization, reconnecting, clarifying purpose and discerning the next elegant step in your life and work. This program also provides reflective, dialogic and presencing leadership skills and practices for life and work.

Two programs in 2011:  July 17 - 22  and October 2-7

Start:  We begin on the first evening of each program with a barbeque (meat and vegetarian) at our home base, Paseo del Ojo at 5:30pm.

Close:  In July we close on the 22nd at 4pm, in October we will close on 7th at 12pm.

~*~ "HYBRID" PRESENCE WALKABOUT ~*~

A 4 -1/2 day guided walkabout on the land in magnificent Northern New Mexico followed by virtual sessions to deepen and ground the experience in your local environment, live and work.

The program will be scheduled when there are 6+ people who have made a commitment to the six sessions. Please feel free to invite friends and colleagues to the calls.

~*~ENTREPRENEURS WALKABOUT PILOT! ~*~

PARTS I & II in 2012

We invite you to join the EW Pilot Part I June 25 - 29, 2012 in nothern New Mexico and Part II, the practicum in your business, for a one-time discounted registration fee of $1900.  As part of the EW Pilot you will also have the opportunity to share your feedback on Parts I & II to help evolve the Entrepreneurs Walkabout for the larger entrepreneur community.

Entrepreneurs Walkabout will combine an adaptation of the time-honored aborigine tradition of "going walkabout" with modern frameworks for strategic thinking, reflection, business planning practices and peer dialogues.  In keeping with the power of this experience, we are limiting enrollment to 12 participants.

At the conclusion of Part I, as a group we will discuss returning to northern New Mexico in the Fall to register for and experience Part III of the program, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and integrate your practices and strategic business planning.

~*~ PRESENCE WALKABOUT CONFERENCE CALLS ~*~

For people who have participated in a Presence Walkabout. These calls are practice and inquiry sessions.  We explore a variety of practices and act as resources for each other to explore challenges and questions.

As an alumnus of the walkabouts, you may bring an inquiry, initiate a discernment, or invite the group to explore a question, challenge, or other focus with you. The experience has proven itself immensely valuable to many.  We hope you put the dates on your calendar and join us when you can.

Donation requested : I ask each of you who participate to make a gift/contribution of $20 to be applied to the scholarship fund and make it possible for people from the younger generations to join us for the Presence Walkabout Circles.

2011 Calls

This year we will be honoring some of the "intermediate gates" of the medicine wheel and the cycles. There will be a ceremonial and reflective focus for each call.  I think you will find this exploration interesting, of value, and hopefully easier to join in with its variety of days and times. A conference call-in number will be sent out one week preceding each call.  I look forward to hearing your voices.

Feb 6th, Sunday In celebration of the Southeast, the wisdom of our ancestors and lineages in support for the dreams for 2011 we have planted and are nurturing into the Spring.

~*~ PW ALUMNI GATHERING 2012~*~

In 2012 all who have participated in past Presence Walkabouts are invited to join in a unique gathering of celebration, ceremony and practice.  The gathering will be held in the Fall of  2012 among the golden colors of the cottonwood bosque.  It will be a time for reunion, revitalization of spirit, sharing inquiries and practices and celebrating the unfolding story of Paseo del Ojo, the name we have given this amazing land that hosts the Presence Walkabouts and is a portal to the magnificent and magical lands of Northern New Mexico. Even though I know the dates are far away please, please add them to your calendar and plan to join us. 

I am looking for a group of folks who would like to help to weave this time in service of all of us, the land and our greater communities.  So, please be in touch with me for additional information and to let me know that you would like to partner with me in this co-creation!

WHEN:  OCTOBER 17-21, 2012

WHERE:  Home base at Paseo del Ojo (home of Glenna and Dave).  People can camp on the land or stay in the surrounding area in Ojo Caliente, Abiquiu, Espanola or Santa Fe

COST:  Is determined by the "calling" circle.  People contribute what is needed to cover expenses.  There is also an opportunity to make a contribution to support Paseo del Ojo, the work of the Presence Walkabouts, and our newly forming educational not-for-profit.
