WECOME to my Virtual Home and Wadi. A wadi is a waterway in a desert where water runs with the rhythm of the seasons - an apt metaphor for those rare places within fast-paced lives where we can pause, even if briefly, to let our shoulds drop, breathe out, and check iin with ourselves and others. Three questions continue to inspire my work :

do we make possible when we choose to be fully present with our questions and challenges and with each other?
- How does Place act as a resource for presence and discernment and help inform wise choices for us as leaders in our personal lives and the larger systems of which we are members, i.e., families, organizations and communties?
- What practices support the creation and sustenance of environments of trust and mutual respect essential for tapping collective wisdom, creativity and commitment?
My Mission is to help leaders, both individual and collective, make wise choices by creating conditions, honing skills and developing practices that foster Presence in each moment; characterized by inner silence and stillness, deep listening and curiosity, expanded perspective and clear discernment.
