WECOME to the virtual wadi for the Presence Walkabouts. A wadi is a waterway in a desert where water runs dependent on the rhythm of the seasons - an apt metaphor for the rare oasis within fast-paced lives where we can pause, even if briefly, to let our shoulders drop, breathe out, settle in and listen for the pulse of our lives. So, please, come in, sit down, and rest, even for a moment, and learn a bit about me and the Presence Walkabouts.
My mission is to create a structure and light-hearded, joyful process that support you to:
- let go, for a time, of all that you are holding responsibility for and settle into yourself
- reconnect with what is important and alive and energizing in for you
- revitalize your emotions, body, mind, and spirit
- gain clarity on next steps in your personal life and work.
The walkabouts empower you to create these same conditions, hone skills and develop practices that make available the power of being fully present in each moment of your life.
Questions that inspire and guide my work:
- What
do we make possible when we are fully present and able to live creatively in each moment?
- How do different Places act as unique resources for presence and discernment to inform wise choices in our personal and professional lives?
- What practices support presence, wisdom, creativity and joy?
